We are property management company abroad . And now we are looking for property manager assistant. You can work at home, or dormitory, wherever has wifi. And need to be good at English.
Duties including but not limited to:
1. Documents all kinds info which need to be recorded, for example, vendor info, utility account info, maintenance pics,tenant notes, etc
2. Marketing vacant units, Answer prospect’s inquiry.
3. Vendor payment, tenant payment update，utility fee prorated. Communicate with tenants about payment and maintenance issues etc
4. Draft Lease agreement and amendment.
5. Monthly or weekly meeting with local manager, Coworking with them, follow up centers’ to do list.
