本人是10届毕业的电子信息工程学长, 目前工作于东莞创科集团TTi, 主要开发生产电动工具如电锯, 电钻, 电锤,园林工具等。

现部门需求招聘一名应届培训生,理工科优先。
待遇大概5-6K,5天8小时。试用3个月, 年假12天/年. 5险1金。
1年(在东莞学习)后可选择市场部方向发展(上海、香港,或亚洲地区), 如销售, 现场支持, 推广支持。

The Leadership Development Program puts graduates into key and “real” business roles principally
supporting our industry-leading Milwaukee brand. Initial roles might exist as a Training Executive, or
you may join our Training team supporting Event-marketing activities and then might move into a
Product Management OR Job Site Solutions Role. Wherever you begin your career, it is this vital
front-line exposure to our customers, business events and products that provide you with a firm
foundation for your future progression.

You don’t need to have knowledge of Power Tools. We provide a multi-faceted training program
and hands-on field experience that will stimulate, challenge and reward you!

You will need to be ambitious, hard-working and passionate about becoming a future business

foster innovation in order to be the best in our industry.

Job Summary & Responsibilities:

• Perform best-in-class Training support to our commercial partners, their staff and End Users
on TTI range of products and services while demonstrating knowledge and enthusiasm for
Milwaukee products.
• Support the product management team with competitive product research and testing.
• Strengthen and maintain positive relationships with internal & external customers.
• Participate in the Leadership Development Training Program and implement all acquired skills
to deliver results.
• Professionally communicate with all peers, customers and management.
• Work with the team to plan and execute demo events, trade shows, etc.
• Work with the team on new product launches and processes to ensure training is intertwined
into the overall business process.
• Develop primary knowledge of the market place (users, applications, products, competition,
and channels) to effectively analyze market potential.

Note: Duties and responsibilities may not be limited to the above. Other duties may be assigned as
deemed necessary. In addition to the basic requirements of the position, all employees are
expected to meet the company's goals of continual improvement in the areas of knowledge, skills,
processes and quality.

• Develop a range of technical and soft skills as a part of personal development – product
knowledge, presentation, planning and organizing, team work, customer handling.
• Cooperate with your Line Manager’s efforts to train, coach & mentor for continuous
improvement in your performance.
• Ability to enhance your skills related to communication, presentation, negotiation, problem-
solving & time management.
• Develop goals and self-evaluate performance towards achieving those goals.
• Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.

Requirements:
Academic & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree ideally in Business, Marketing, International business or
Engineering (other degree & relevant experience are welcome).
• Practical minded with a technical / mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn and apply new
product or technical knowledge.
• Determination to build a career with a forward-thinking business.

General:
• Proficient English speaker, and fluent in language of the country you are applying for.
• Good IT skills e.g., MS Office, PowerPoint, Internet etc.
• A highly motivated self-starter with strong individual and team working skills.
• Ability to work varied hours/day as required by the business.
• To develop your career into more senior roles, you must be willing to travel, and potentially
relocate in and around Asia.
